The agency is keen to add talented staff to strengthen and add new elements to its highly strategic, multi-faceted branding campaigns that are supported by in-house thought-centers offering the best in public relations, creative design, web design, account relationship management and media buying. NOISE president Mary Parodo is pleased to announce the addition of Angela Maslowski, Production Artist, Nate Andrews, Senior Art Director, as well as the promotion of Kim McMillan to Associate Media Director and Traffic Coordinator.

Joining the NOISE Creative Team, as Production Artist, is Maslowski — with over eight years of experience and industry knowledge delivering crisp and insightful creative. After spending time at local agency, The Roberts Group, Maslowski will contribute exceptional brand-focused creative direction and work for NOISE’s hospitality, medical, retail and residential clients.

Prior to joining the NOISE Creative Team, Andrews served as Managing Director at RPM Advertising in Chicago and brings over seven years of agency and freelance experience to NOISE. In his new role Andrews will manage daily operations of the NOISE Creative Team as department head. He will also work to develop exceptional creative branding design and advertising for NOISE’s many clients.

Associate Media Director, McMillan, is adding Traffic Coordinator to her repertoire. Previously working at Milwaukee-area agencies such as Laughlin Constable and Boelter + Lincoln, McMillan brings over 25 years of agency experience, in many different roles, to her new expanded position.
